Returns
You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the package. To do this, you can log in to your account and use the quick returns feature.
- Select Products for Return Choose to return all or just selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to complete the return.
- Provide Shipment Details Verify the details pulled from your order and fill in any missing information, such as the shipping method, packaging type, and date of dispatch.
- Pack and Ship the Package Pack the return in the same or a different packaging. Hand the package to the courier, take it to a parcel locker, or drop it off at a drop-off point. The products will be returned to the store.

Please include the receipt and a withdrawal statement in the package. You can download the withdrawal statement here: [Withdrawal Form]. If you use a different form, make sure to include your account number and clearly fill in your name. This will expedite the refund process. The withdrawal statement can also be sent by email to: contact@sebastianfabrowicz.shop.pl. The 14-day return period is determined by the date of sending the email with the statement or the date of dispatch of the return package. The returned goods must be complete (with tags) and should not show signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will have to send it back to you at your expense.
Refunds for returned goods will be processed no later than 14 days from receiving the package. The refund method depends on the payment method chosen when placing the order. If the order was paid via instant transfer, the refund will be made in the same way. In the case of a partial return of an order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods to the store. If the order was paid for but not received, we will refund the value of the order minus the cost of return shipping.

- We Will Respond We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
- Resolution If the complaint is accepted, we will aim to resolve the issue in the most favorable way for you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repairing it, refunding the money, or providing another form of compensation.
